New Trails, LLC is committed to providing consumers the highest quality of service and care
based on individual needs. Each individual will be provided the necessary support to reach their
full potential personally and in the community.
Philosophy:
New Trails, LLC is a private residential care provider. We offer the developmentally delayed
residential care and comprehensive services to assist each individual in attaining their full
potential. The home offers a family type living situation which includes the education, self-care,
and independent living skills. Services are offered on a non-discriminatory basis. Services are
based on negotiations between the owners of New Trails, LLC, Department of Mental Health
and / or Children's Protective Services.
